2011 Registration is NOW OPEN!!

Just to the right of this post you'll find the registration for the 2011 Rainier CrossFit's Strongest Man and Woman 6. Click on the balls (stones) for the registration paperwork- it's a word documnet- download it, print it, fill it out and mail it. (The address is on it) You can send a $50 check with it, made out to FRAXA and you'll get a tax receipt. You can also follow the "Pay online" link below the registration to pay online. Register early, we'll promise you a shirt and a $50 entry fee. After October 29th, it goes up to $75 but you'll still get a shirt.

Rainier CrossFit's Strongest Man and Woman 6 is on Saturday, November 12th. Event details coming soon.

When will event details be posted? Really like to know what the events will be. :)

Also would be nice to be able to plan for those of us coming from out of town.

About RCF's Strongest Man and Woman

Mt. Rainier's Strongest Man began in 2006 as a way to combine a love for Strongman and a need for funding and awareness for a little known genetic condition called Fragile X Syndrome. Our son Casey has Fragile X, the most common cause of inherited mental retardation and the most common known cause of autism yet largely unheard of and drastically underfunded. We heard our call to action, paired with The Old Cannery, and MRSM was born. The contest has grown from 5 local competitors to 4 divisions of men and women, more than 40 competitors from 5 states, and has raised over $40,000 to date. In 2010, we added a CrossFit spin, saw a surge in interest and competitors, and knew we hit our mark with a fun, challenging event supported by our peers and the best people around- CrossFitters
